Empanada Club

Growing up in Bolivia, Adrian Espinoza Garcia ate empanadas all the time. When he moved to the U.S. he started to miss his favorite foods from back home, so he started making them and soon a business was born.

Adrian makes chicken, beef, cheese and bean empanadas, carrot salsa and Alfajors- delicious chocolate sandwich cookies with dulce de leche in the center.
